Kelly Bike Commute

Kelly Bike Commute

July 25, 2007

Jeremy Kelly, treasurer of the MDF and managing director of JP Morgan, announced his intention to ride his bicycle to and from work – a 32-mile round trip from Mill Valley to downtown San Francisco - for up to 5,000 miles.  He asked friends for $20 per mile and already has pledges for all 5,000 miles. The pledge for miles beyond 4,000 up to a maximum of 5,000 will cost $40 per mile.  As of today, Jeremy already has pledges for more that $100,000!  The JP Morgan summer interns have jumped on board and have raised an additional $21,000 for this event.
