Muscular Dystrophy Association of South Australia
The Muscular Dystrophy Association of South Australia provides a range of services to people with a variety of neuromuscular disorders, including myotonic dystrophy. These services are all provided at no charge, and include general information and support, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, counseling, advocacy, equipment, social events, camps and community education. These services are available to anyone with a neuromuscular disorder, their families, friends and carers. MDA also have an inexpensive, fully accessible, short term accommodation facility called MDA Short Stay, which is available for anyone with a disability.
