Following our meet and greet time we will experience T’ai Chi Chih – Joy thru Movement, led by Ann Federspiel. Ann started her T’ai Chi Chih practice in 1993 while also studying T’ai Chi Chuan since 1988. She was certified to teach T’a Chi Chih in 1995 after attending an intensive teacher’s training session in New Jersey. Ann will provide an overview and demonstration of T’ai Chi Chih for the group and then lead us in some relaxation techniques.
