This meeting will take place at the YogaWorks studio. A Pilates and Yoga instructor - familiar with working with a DM client - will demonstrate gentle yoga and the use of a Pilates reformer. The emphasis in Pilates will be on core work. YogaWorks has studios throughout Northern California.
