The MDF Caregivers Program consists of a confidential Facebook discussion group as well as a monthly Virtual Caregivers Support Group Meeting. The Facebook group is closed, not viewable by anyone outside the group, so you must sign up by contacting Leslie Krongold, MDF Outreach Director, at leslie.krongold@myotonic.org. If you do not have a Facebook account and are only interested in attending a monthly Virtual Caregivers Support Group meeting, you may sign up using the link below.
